Learn how to use Scrum by example. This course show you how to adapt and use the Scrum Process in creating a course.

What you'll learn::
  • Understand how they can use the Scrum framework
  • Understand how they can use scrum to delivery their product
  • Understand how scrum works end to end
  • Understand how the framework will improve how they work

A very simple example of a definition of done could be :

The following requirements should be met:

1)Any video must be light and balanced

2)The audio must be crisp, clear and audible

3)Video must be recorded in HD, with a minimum of 720p (1280x720) resolution used

4)Objects must be framed with a clean background

5)Video should be no more than 20 minutes long

6)Upon doing each lecture; the student will be able to recite what was in the lecture clearly
