Welcome to this familiarization tutorial on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM). The objective of this tutorial is to provide SAP HCM overview and discuss its components.

SAP HCM is a comprehensive business solution to automate, streamline and optimize the various HR processes of a company, from recruit to retire. While HCM consists of many seamlessly integrated sub-modules, this tutorial will focus on some of the predominant ones as listed below.

The first component that we are going to discuss in SAP HCM overview is Recruitment. This component facilitates the end-to-end recruitment process of a company.
